It's Unfortunately Time to Go...

Below is a checklist of things to do prior to you leaving. Hope you enjoyed your stay! Please let us know if any question or troubles!

Please arm the alarm before you leave!

General Cleaning

Everyone likes walking into a clean place, so please do your best to leave it that way for the next arrival.
Vacuums, brooms, and mops are hanging in the garage and cleaning supplies are mostly under the kitchen sink. Rags under the kitchen sink can be used for cleaning.
Reminder: please only use the granite cleaner for the counter tops in the kitchen.
Some of the bathrooms have bathroom cleaners under the bathroom sinks.
Cleaning supplies are also located in the storage closet underneath the stairs and underneath the kitchen sink.

Departure Checklist

Laundry	Task
White Bath Towles	Pleash wash with detergeant, fabric softner, and the Oxy Wash Soap for Whites. Put back in Jack & Jack bathroom. These should be washed separately from any other laundry items and can be a quick wash setting on the washer machine.
All Other Towels/Rags	Please wash with detergeant and fabric softner. Put back in bathroom(s) & laundry room.
Bed Sheets	Please wash with detergeant and fabric softener. Please make back the beds.
Washer Machine	Please leave washer machine lid open once finished.

Trash	Task
Bathrooms & Kitchen	Please empty trash cans
Trash removal	Please bring trash bags to either (i) rental car return to throw into trash cans there, or (ii) if feeling risky, can use dumpsters at any local gas stations or grocery stores.

Bathrooms & Kitchen	Task
Toilets	Please ensure you splash a bit of bleach and/or bathroom cleaner into the toilets before you leave.
Clean	Please help be sure counters, mirrors, sinks, floors, etc are cleaned and wiped down.

Windows & Doors	Task
Shut & Lock	Please ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked (can verify this by both of the lights showing green on top of the alarm key pad).
Close Blinds	Please ensure all the blinds, shades, etc are all closed. Please close shades of sliding glass door.

Patio Furniture	Task
Remove from Patio	Please bring all coushins into the living room from outside and move table/chairs towards back of the house.
Suculus Plant	Please leave suculus plant outside against the wall, but in between the covered/uncovered portion of the patio.

Devices & Lights	Task
Ice Maker	Please be sure to turn off ice maker in the freezer.
Turn off fans/lights	Please ensure all fans and lights have their switches turned off. For all the google-related items, can say "Hey Google, Turn off all lights"
AIr COnditioning	Please turn air up to 78 before leaving.
